We opened a 2010 Brunello we brought back from our trip to Tuscany last year. By far the best wine experience we ever had. I have 7 2016 vintages I’m laying down until at least 2030. Gonna be a long 6 years.
But worthy 6 years. 💕
its funny youre posting this now cause im prepping to host a seminar tomorrow and had to refresh my knowledge on orange wines lol
We were looking into the crystal ball 🔮 the other day… 😉
Love the examples you gave because it helps actually tasting it to know the words to properly describe 👏🏾👏🏾
Yes! Great 👍 enjoy!
It's Southern Italy, Norello.
Have not tried it, I will look for one and try it. Great video!
Please do!
All about orange wines in 8 minutes, hmm
Not enough for you? I love that!
I moved from Seattle to Jurançon 5 years ago. We have our own great wines here and it's less than two hours from Bordeaux. A wine lover's paradise!
Holy moly magic!!!
Very informative thank you
Very welcome
You're an excellent teacher and incredibly good looking. 😊
Wow, thank you!
@@Winefolly you're welcome
How about non-grape wines?
Ah yes. Had some pretty convincing cranberry wines from Washington recently
Any reccomendations for orange wines?
Check the full length video, we mention/show several!
From Santa Barbara Calif- wine country!
I’m a fan of well made wine, orange included. But I’ve unfortunately had many bottles of wine that were not quality and were being passed off as orange. There needs to be some guardrails for this category IMHO. As for wines to try next time how about VDNs, Ports, Madeira and Marsalas? Cheers and great video as always!
Great points! The category is improving I think due to better knowledge sharing and education on what is (and more importantly, what isn’t) orange wine.
Hi wine folly, I have an unusual request. Could you talk us through how to detect wine that has gone off/spoiled? Many thanks.
Fantastic! Love Orange Wines
Me too!
Unmolested?
Once poured, you haven't swirled it in the glass
Not tinkered with? Is “unmolested” cancelled?
Looks like c.s
Ha. The short way to Cabernet Sauvignon!
I find that one cannot go wrong with GB wines. I have been to his flagship location at Chateau L'Hospitalet I first enjoyed this GB orange about a year ago and many since. Thanks for your video!
Thanks for sharing!
Definitely, yeiiiii!
I can't get enough orange wine!
xx
Thanks for the video. Look at Portugal Talha, very similar to Georgian Qvevri wines
